During my 30 years in the healthcare arena I have had the privilege of meeting thousands of patients and their loved ones. In our conversations about life’s progression to aging, not one of them ever expressed to me the desire to live in a nursing home. In fact, they typically shared their intention to stay healthy and active as long as possible. Take a look at some of these good habits, perhaps there are one or two new ones for you to adopt.
